Yesterday, I handed in my equipment and badge, officially marking the end of an incredible journey spanning nearly 29 years with IBM and AT&T. It’s a bittersweet moment—a mix of relief and nostalgia—as I reflect on the experiences, relationships, and skills I’ve gained along the way.
I gained broad experience in contracting, sales, general management, relationship building, and leadership during my tenure. Some of my career highlights include navigating the complete outsourcing lifecycle, driving key business outcomes, and fostering trusted, win-win partnerships.
I’ve enjoyed working globally with an incredible network of colleagues, suppliers, and customers. Thank you to all of you who have supported me over the years! Your collaboration and encouragement have been invaluable, and I hope our paths cross again.
As I enter 2025, I’m excited to embark on my encore career as an independent consultant. Stay tuned for more on Cassaigne Consulting in the new year!
